Return & Refund Policy – camloover

At camloover, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • No damage, misuse, or additional wear
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund.


Used Cameras Condition

All pre-owned cameras are carefully inspected and tested before shipping.

Minor cosmetic signs of use, as described in the product listing, are not considered defects.

We strongly recommend reading the product description carefully before purchasing.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
  • Locameration is not responsible for lost return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours via our Live Chat with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed.
